Terms & Conditions

Welcome to HUANG LED SCREEN INDIA. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all LED screen products, related equipment, and services provided by HUANG LED SCREEN INDIA (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By purchasing from us, you (“Customer”, “Buyer”) agree to the following terms.

1. DEFINITIONS

1. Products: All LED screens, display panels, video walls, modules, controllers, accessories, spare parts, and related equipment supplied by HUANG LED SCREEN INDIA.
2. Services: Installation, configuration, maintenance, repair, consultation, and technical support services.
3. Agreement: These Terms and Conditions along with the invoice and quotation issued by the Company.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, making payment, or accepting delivery of Products or Services, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products & Services

HUANG LED SCREEN INDIA sells:

1. Indoor LED Screens
2. Outdoor LED Screens
3. Rental LED Displays
4. Transparent LED Displays
5. LED Video Walls
6. Custom LED Display Solutions
7. Installation & Technical Support Services

Product specifications are subject to change without prior notice to improve quality and performance.

4. Quotations & Pricing

1. All quotations are valid for the period specified in the quotation.

2. Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance and receipt of any applicable advance payment.

3. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to product availability or unforeseen circumstances.

5.  Order Confirmation

1. Orders are confirmed only after:
   1. Written confirmation from HUANG LED SCREEN INDIA, and
   2. Receipt of agreed advance payment.
2. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if payment is not received as agreed.

6. Payments

1. Standard payment terms:
   1. 50% advance payment
   2. 50% balance before dispatch (or as agreed in writing)
2. Payments must be made via bank transfer, cheque, or approved payment methods.
3. Delay in payment may result in:
   1. Delay in delivery
   2. Suspension of installation services
   3. Interest charges on overdue amounts (if applicable)

7. Delivery and Shipping

1. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon dispatch.
3. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

8. Installation & Site Responsibility

1. The Customer must ensure:
   1. Proper site readiness
   2. Stable power supply
   3. Structural support for installation
2. Any delay due to site unpreparedness may result in additional charges.
3. HUANG LED SCREEN INDIA is not responsible for structural failures or electrical faults at the site.

9. Warranty

1. Standard warranty period: 1–2 years (as specified in invoice).
2. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
3. Warranty does NOT cover:
   1. Physical damage
   2. Water damage (unless product is outdoor rated)
   3. Voltage fluctuation damage
   4. Unauthorized repair or modification
   5. Improper installation by third parties
4. Warranty service may require the Customer to ship defective parts to the Company.

10. Return & Refunds

1. LED screens are custom-configured products; therefore, no return or refund is allowed once production has started.
2. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 15–30 business days.
3. Customized and special-order items are non-refundable.

11. Limitation of Liability

1. HUANG LED SCREEN INDIA shall not be liable for:
   1. Indirect or consequential losses
   2. Loss of business, revenue, or profits
   3. Event cancellations due to technical failure
2. Maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the Product supplied.

12. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

1. Natural disasters
2. Government restrictions
3. Import/export regulations
4. Labor strikes
5. Supply chain disruptions

13. Intellectual Property

All product designs, software, trademarks, and branding remain the property of HUANG LED SCREEN INDIA or its suppliers.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City, India].

15. Amendments

HUANG LED SCREEN INDIA reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
